The PTSO stands for Parent Teacher Student Organization and was founded at AHS in the fall of 2001.  The organization meets with the purpose of providing two scholarships for graduating seniors with a GPA between 1.7 - 3.2. We also plan and execute the teacher appreciation celebration Ice Cream Social in May. (The scholarship can be found on Naviance and the school website).
  
The PTSO meets once a month on a Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. in the AHS Teacher's Cafeteria.  All students, teachers, and parents are welcome and encouraged to attend. Cancellations will be posted on our Facebook page.
