When you are coming into the school to pick up your child, please make sure you have your ID ready to be checked.
We have a new secretary who is not familiar with all the parents/guardians, so please be patient and understanding.

Please Note: Due to space restrictions in the cafeteria, you are asked not to bring siblings to the luncheons.
We are asking that all parents who attend purchase a school lunch.
Ticket order forms will been sent home. Cost for an adult lunch is $3.50 per person. Please send in cash with exact amount or a check made payable to: Agawam School Lunch.
Your tickets will not be sent home. You will pick up your tickets outside the cafeteria before the lunch. Please allow a few extra minutes before the lunch starts to get your tickets.

MORNING STUDENT DROP-OFF: Front of school in the semi-circle drop off area.
AFTERNOON STUDENT PICK-UP: Students will be picked up at the back of the school in the REAR PARKING LOT.
Stop lines have been added as well as new number signs. Please pull your car up to the stop line when directed by the staff on duty.
There is a "No Car" area just outside the grassy area. Please do not drive in this area as this is the waiting area for the students.
Please wait for all cars in the line to load and then follow the line to exit the area. Please DO NOT pull out of the carline UNLESS you have been directed to do so by staff.
NO CELL PHONE USE once the car line starts moving and students start walking to their cars.

Cold Weather Recess Policy
We will continue to have outdoor recess, weather permitting, during the winter months.
Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for outside recess: winter coat, hat, mittens/gloves, scarf and boots will help to keep your child warm while outside getting some fresh air.
