Technology Support

Please contact our IT Department for any issues with your school device.

  • Please do not call the school office as our secretary is not able to help with technology or device issues.
  • Please do not email your child's teacher

When submitting an IT Ticket, please include the following information:

  • Student's name
  • School attending
  • Asset Tag # of device: Located on bottom of device - label says "Property of Agawam Public Schools" 
  • Description of problem (to the best of your ability)

Putting in a support ticket means that the IT Department can assess the issue and route your problem to the best person to handle it.
