Food Resources for Agawam Families

SummerEats is a free app that shows nearby Summer Eats sites where Massachusetts kids and teens can receive free meals during the summer. Anyone 18 and under can visit a site and receive a meal free of charge, no registration or ID needed — just drop in! Meals are provided through the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), funded through the USDA, an equal opportunity employer and provider. Click here for more information on this program.

Family Fun at Home

Families have a new way to keep children learning while having fun at home this summer! WGBH and New England Public Media have partnered with the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care to create Family Fun at Home/Diversión en familia y en casa, a 12-week summer learning adventure for families with children ages 0-8.  Click here for more information.

Breakfast & Lunch

Mr. Bernier, Principal   Principal's Message

Our vision at Robinson Park School is to provide a safe and respectful environment that supports students to become independent learners. Our focus is to make sure that all students leave our school, meeting or exceeding all state standards with an emphasis on their ability to read, write, comprehend, and apply mathematical concepts and strategies.

To achieve this vision:

  • All students will adopt appropriate social skills and behavior as a way of life.
  • High standards of performance and behavior are the expectation for every student and staff member.
  • All students belong to all of us, (“not just the ones in my class.”)
  • Students will feel safe as risk-takers and understand that mistakes and failures are part of the learning process.
  • Students will acquire strong, higher level thinking skills and take responsibility for their own learning while continuously seeking out challenging opportunities.

The RPS Way will help us succeed in meeting our goals –
Be Responsible, Be Polite, and Be Safe!

Nicholas C. Bernier

Pandemic EBT Resources for Families
Pandemic EBT Resources for Families

The Child Nutrition Outreach Program (CNOP) at Project Bread has created a webpage containing information and resources on school closure meals.  The webpage also includes information about Pandemic-Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT). The P-EBT resources were specifically created for schools and include an FAQ, P-EBT flyer for families, template emails to send to families, and promotional tools. You can view the resources here:

Families can qualify for P-EBT by completing the School Year 2019-2020 household school meal application. Even though school meals are currently free for all kids and teens through temporary USDA school closure waivers, a household school meal application approved right now does ensure the continuation of school meal benefits during the 30-day carryover period next school year. The approved school meal application also makes the household immediately eligible for P-EBT benefits. Therefore, DESE encourages school districts to approve School Year 2019-2020 household school meal applications received expeditiously and include those students in subsequent P-EBT student data submissions to DESE.
