Principal's Message

Principal Stephanie Gendron

The staff at Granger School is committed to our vision of assuring that all children receive a safe, high quality, researched and evidence based instructional program.  Our school rules specifically address bullying behaviors, provide for a safer school environment and give more time for instruction. We aim for all students to “hit the target” and apply the following school rules: Respect ourselves, Respect others, Respect learning and Respect the environment. We believe that a school community is built by helping students practice good behavior.  As a result, all students will learn in an environment where they can thrive and grow.  When good behavior and good teaching come together, our students will excel in their learning.   The staff here at Granger School looks forward to partnering with parents and community members to ensure the highest quality of education for our students.

Mission Statement

At the Clifford M. Granger School, our mission is to foster a lifetime love of learning within a safe, positive and engaging environment while empowering all students to realize their full potential for social responsibility, a healthy sense of self, and academic excellence through a curriculum reflective of our ever changing world.

 Visitors & Security

One of the best ways to provide a safe environment in which to learn is to know who is in the building at all times.

Our buzzer system allows us to keep our doors locked throughout the school day. To enter the building, you must press a button outside the main entrance doors. This will alert the office to your presence and then we will ask for your name and the nature of your visit. We will then grant access to our visitors by pressing a button to unlock the door. Once inside, turn left and proceed to the office. You will be asked to sign our office log, and will be given an identification badge in exchange for your car keys or license.

 Report Student Absence

When calling the school to report your child's absence, please call the main number at 821-0580.
You may then select the option "Absentee Mailbox" (press 1) from the automated menu.
If you need to speak directly to the office, press 7.

If you do not call the school, you will receive an automated phone call reporting your child absent from school.

Please do not call the nurse's office to report your child's absence.
Thank You.
