Agawam Public Schools will be upgrading from our current Student Information System, Rediker, to PowerSchool for the 2021-2022 school year. This upgrade will impact the teachers, students, parents, and the entire Agawam community for a better overall experience.
This decision came after extensive research and input from a search committee of 25 staff members from a variety of schools and departments. The committee evaluated different options, and communicated with several other districts in MA about their experiences.
The use of technology in our student’s education has grown exponentially in the past years. PowerSchool will encourage and support this growth. We recognize this will be a big shift for the entire district, there will be extensive professional development over the remainder of this school year and into next.
