AJHS Wright Flight Club Info 2024
The AJHS Western Massachusetts Wright Flight Aviation Club will start Thursday, January, 18, 2024 and will conclude with Flight Day the week of April 8th. The cost for the program is $200 payable to the AJHS PTO. $190 is used for flight day costs of plane rental, fuel and instructor and $10 will be used to offset transportation costs for two field trips club members will be taking during the school day (admission to the museum and local businesses is free). The Wright Flight program is a 12 week program that meets every Thursday afterschool from 2:20 3:20 PM. Students who normally ride the bus home can take the late bus. Those that successfully complete and attend the program will culminate in Flight Day from Barnes Airfield in April!!!
