Please do not call the school office as our secretary is not able to help with technology or device issues.
When filling out the form, please include the following:
- Student's name
- School attending
- Asset Tag # of device: Located on bottom of device - label says "Property of Agawam Public Schools"
- Description of problem (to the best of your ability)
Putting in a support ticket means that the IT Department can assess the issue and route your problem to the best person to handle it.
