Congratulations to Jessica Wall, 5th and 6th grade ASPIRE teacher, who was selected as a 2023 Pioneer Valley Excellence in Teaching Award winner by her Agawam peers and administrative staff.
Jessica and Angela Sherry plan and lead reverse inclusion lessons at Doering. You can read more about some of their work here. Their work is representative of the innovative and collaborative work Agawam teachers do on a daily basis.
Each winner will receive an engraved plaque, an award, gifts from area colleges and businesses, and some surprises. Winning teachers will also have a wonderful opportunity to apply for the Classroom Innovator Prize for Project Based Learning.
