Thank you to the James Clark PTO for your generous donation to the school library! Lots of wonderful new fiction and nonfiction books were purchased. The students are so excited!
Meadowview pies are in! Pickup will be Monday, December 11th from 6 to 6:30 in the school entrance lobby. If you cannot pick up your order at this time, please contact the PTO to schedule a time.
Here are some of our Kindergarten (Room 17) friends working on retelling the story of The Three Billy Goats Gruff. This lesson focused on students' ability to recall elements of a story: characters, plot, and setting. We focused on the meaning of the word longed, as the three billy goats longed to go up the hillside covered with thick green grass. This activity was a great way for students to work together as they recreated the setting and reenacted key elements from the story.
